Operations Assistant, eCommerce
Responsibilities:
- Handle and support E-commerce (Online Shopping Platform) operation, warehouse operations and logistics
- Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient, accurate and timely order fulfillment and delivery to customers
- Platform uploading and related document works to ensure the product information is correctly display on platform
- Monitor and update product availability, promotions and offer implementation
- Follow up customer inquiries, complaints and returns
- Handle any other ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above in eCommerce, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- Proficiency in online shopping platforms / eShop platforms (e.g. Shopify)
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint is needed
- Careful, efficient and responsible, able to work independently
- Willing to work shift duty on weekend & public holidays
- Immediate available is preferred
