Manager, Branding & Public Relations
Responsibilities:
- Plan, formulate and execute PR strategies to align with business and branding objectives
- Monitor and analysis all public relations aspects
- Manage day-to-day posting and editing of content on social media platforms
- Plan and execute the creation of high-quality and engage social media content, in collaboration with internal/external photographers, videographers and models
- Maintain good relationships with company stakeholders and customers
- Monitor and managing PR budget and expenses
- Drive crisis communications strategy and provide PR counsel to management during times of crisis
- Plan and implement integrated marketing and corporate communications campaigns across publicity channels for the promotion of corporate brand image, services and special programmes
- As a brand guardian to manage the implementation of approved brand strategies to build a positive and proactive corporate and community profile
- Provide support and professional consultancy on Branding & Public Relations areas to other departments
- Any other ad-hoc project assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a public relations or communication role for a brand or an agency with a strategic vision for how to maximize business results
- Outstanding writing skills, experience in writing press releases, speeches, scripts, newsletters, and other media materials
- Hands-on experience in multimedia design, photography and videography
- Excellent communication skills
- Good track record of successfully developing and implementing public relations publicity in dealing with stakeholders with different backgrounds and cultures
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Ability to speak Putonghua will be an advantage
