Commercial Manager

Degree or above Corporate Office


  • Assist department management to seek business opportunities and to manage customer relationships;
  • Prepare & review terms and conditions of contracts offered by customers;
  • Carry out related contract administration duties;
  • Ensure all related activities are in line with the company’s strategy and development;
  • Support the management team on the corporate development plans;
  • Prepare relevant information, analyses and insight relating to market intelligence;
  • Reach out for new revenue source and initiate new products/services to capture additional revenue;
  • Oversee the monthly traffic report and other major corporate traffic related reports;
  • Provide specific traffic analyses/reports and market intelligence to internal/external parties as and when appropriate;
  • Any other ad-hoc project assigned by the Management


  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business or any other related discipline;
  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience, experience gained in Aviation industry is preferred;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Proven track record on business development plans that successfully bring in new and long-term business revenue;
  • Effective communicator – clear and concise written/verbal communications with internal and external parties across all functions and levels;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • Customer centric, good marketing sense and sensitive to trends;
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and detail-oriented;
  • Multitasking with prioritization, positive “can-do” attitude;
  • Willing to embrace challenge and work with limited time and resources, able to work independently and under pressure;
  • High integrity, results oriented, and creative;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Commercial Manager
