Passenger Services Department organized the 2022 final quarter of Excellent Customer Service Awards for 5 winners on 7 Mar 2023.

The results for Excellent Customer Services Award Final Quarter 2022 are as follows:

  1. Best Customer Services Supervisor- Winnie Tsang
  2. Best senior Customer Services Officer - Sun Tam 
  3. Best Customer Services Officer - Leung Po Kok
  4. Best Mentor - Maxson Wong
  5. Best New Joiner- Chrisma Rai
